I have battled weight issues for as long as I can remember. I tried sports here and there, basketball, volleyball, track, but whenever things got a little tough, I would get frustrated and give up. I was made fun of a lot in grade school and high school for being overweight, so I tended to overeat, thinking the bad feelings about my appearance would go away, but that only made things worse. Over the years I tried prescription weight loss pills, eating healthy, exercising at fitness clubs, but as we all know, you get weak at times and give in to temptation and “fall off the wagon”.
